At WAIC 2026 in Shanghai, AutoLife demonstrated ordering, beverage preparation and reception workflows in a live business setting.

The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance took place in Shanghai. AutoLife presented its commercial embodied-intelligence robots at booth H1-A135, showing how its technology is moving into practical business use.

The booth featured a live beverage-service experience. Visitors could place orders on site or remotely, while Xiaozhi responded, prepared the drink and completed delivery. The demonstration made it possible to see perception, mobility, interaction and manipulation working together in one continuous workflow.

Beyond the booth, Xiaozhi joined WAIC City Walk at AGI Bar, serving drinks as a robot bartender. Continuous operation in a real venue provided practical input for capability validation, workflow refinement and future commercial deployment.

AutoLife will continue advancing products for retail, reception, dining and supermarket environments, working with customers and partners to assess task value, site conditions and viable delivery paths.
